List of woods, branches and twigs

Twigs are very important for the healthy chinchilla nutrition and should always be offered in the cage for feeding, preferably fresh and always including whole leaves. They serve the employment and the tooth abrasion and contain important nutrients. Twigs are a species-appropriate facility for the chinchilla cage.

Feeding instruction:

unproblematic: may be fed in larger quantities for each type of feeding
selective: can be fed together or at the same time with several other, unproblematic and selective plants; reason: is unwholesome in quantities, unpopular or a medicinal plant that is only eaten when needed
as feed and medicinal plant unsuitable
toxic / highly toxic
